Great location in Ipanema.. The apartment was in excellent condition, newly renovated. The building is well managed, with plenty of security. Building facilities are very good, including pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a small gym.
They do not change towels every day or replace basic things in the aparment, like toilet paper or soap.

In flats service is different from hotels. The exchange of bed linen and bath are made 2 x a week.

O apartamento está bem cuidado e a localização do predio e otima, no coração do Ipanema perto da praia e ótimas opções de restaurantes.
O proceso da reserva muito eficiente e também quando tivemos barulho da obra no apartamento do lado nos mudaram do apartamento rapidamente.

A pesar del punto negativo, el cual lo atribuyo a un malentendido, volvería a alojarme en Country Residence. Creo que la próxima vez solicitaría un departamento en algún piso más alto y con vista al frente.
El estado del inmueble asignado, la cordialidad del personal de Country Residence, la ubicación inmejorble del edificio respecto a la playa y a la zona centro de Ipanema, relación costo beneficio.
Disconformidad a la hora del check in, ya que a la hora de ingresar al inmueble (02 am) lo que había sido anticipado a MC Flats, en la recepción de Country residence no tenían información de nuestra llegada. Sólo la buena voluntad y dedicación del empleado de recepción de turno en ese momento permitió que se ubicara a alguien de la administradora y se nos permitiera ingresar.
